Short and easy to do classes. 20 minutes each. 2 different formats back-to-back. Free. Bring your hand santizer, water, and mask. I'm vaxed and may not wear a max, but I'll have one around my neck or available and will put it on if it makes you comfortable. My glasses will fog up though! These are outside classes, you choose the didstance that makes you most comfortable. No training, or skills required. For the Strong Nation bring a yoga mat. We are occassionaly on the ground for some push up moves. (you can certainly do them from your knees).
